Returns
This policy covers standard online orders for Beryl's World clicker fidgets.
For standard products bought online, tell us within 14 days of receiving your order if you want to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.
Items should be returned unused, with reasonable care taken while inspecting them.
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns unless Beryl's World agrees otherwise or the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Refunds are made back to the original payment method. Standard delivery paid at checkout is refunded where required by UK distance-selling rules.
Refunds can be held until the returned goods are received or you provide evidence of return.
Personalised or custom-made colour requests may not be cancellable once production has started unless they are faulty or not as described.
